The concert began with a great blues singer. Cheap Trick took the stage next, starting with a too loud sound for the first couple of songs. Eventually, they got it sorted out and ended their set sounding okay. Tacarra Williams followed, starting with a terrible first song. Despite a rough start, the soundman made adjustments and they eventually sounded like their albums. The evening at the venue turned out wonderful with good weather, although the seats were too small and the drinks were too expensive. My first beer was served warm, which was disappointing given its $14 price tag. I would expect at least an ice-cold beer for that price.
